We gathered what people ask most often before we start. Don't see your question — drop us a line and we'll answer personally.
Leave a request on the site or message us on Telegram. We'll ask a few clarifying questions about the task, then come back with a proposal and a plan for the first steps — with no commitment on your side.
The cost depends on the task and scope — we don't have fixed price lists, because tasks aren't standard either. After a short brief we give a range and lock the estimate before we start, so there are no surprises along the way.
Yes. We work on behalf of SEKTA TEAM LLC under a contract with defined stages, timelines and deliverables. All documents and payments are handled transparently.
Yes. We run most projects online: calls, shared access to materials, regular updates by stage. In-person meetings are optional, not required.
From a couple of weeks for a single service to several months for a full brand. We name exact timelines after the brief and fix them in the plan, so you know what you'll get and when.
Every project includes rounds of revisions — usually three. We show the work stage by stage rather than only at the very end, so we adjust course as we go instead of redoing everything at once.
Open data answers general questions, not yours. The motives of your specific buyers, the real picture of your competition and the strength of your specific brand — we gather these for your particular task, and they aren't in ready-made reports.
Quantitative research answers "how much and how often" (surveys, numbers); qualitative answers "why" (interviews, in-depth conversations). We usually combine both so the reasons behind the numbers are clear.
On average 3–5 weeks, depending on depth and methods. Exact timelines are set by the sample and objectives — we'll name them after the brief.
Not a report for the shelf, but clear conclusions and next steps: audience profiles, a competitor map, tested hypotheses and recommendations you can act on right away.
A plan answers "what to post"; strategy answers "why, for whom and why exactly this way." It's the foundation that communication, design and promotion all grow from.
Strategy isn't only for the start. It helps when a brand has stopped growing, blurred, or when competitors have started to look like you: we find what actually sets you apart and how to convey it to your audience.
No. We deliver strategy in a way you can use every day: clear positioning, guidelines and rules instead of 100 pages of theory.
A logo is only part of the system. Brand design is a coherent visual language: how the brand looks everywhere, from signage and packaging to social media, so it's recognised at a glance.
Yes. We can do a redesign or build an identity around an existing logo if it works. If it gets in the way, we'll tell you honestly and offer options.
Yes. You receive source files and a brand guide with usage rules, so the brand doesn't "drift" in the hands of contractors and your team.
SMM is one channel. Strategy defines what and how the brand speaks across all channels at once, so they add up to one image instead of pulling in different directions.
Yes. But a campaign is stronger when it's built on positioning — otherwise it risks being "bright, but off-brand."
Both. We can stop at strategy and concept, or take it all the way to finished materials and support the launch — whichever suits you.
At the start we define what counts as a result — awareness, reach, response, leads. Then we measure against those metrics, not against "like it / don't like it."
Drop us a line — we'll look into your task personally and come back with a plan for the first steps.
